How to return via CollectCo:

1. Visit this page.
2. Fill up the details and pay RM 7 nett, you'll get the return label.
3. Print the return label and stick on your parcel.
4. Drop off the parcel at any CollectCo point (Simply pass to the counter).
5. Track your returns HERE.
   

Note: You need to pack the parcel before dropping if off at the CollectCo point. You may re-use the original courier flyers, or just use any plastic bag and seal the opening.

Comparison between post office and Collectco

Post office:

    1. Travel to post office and take queue ticket
