Shipping & Delivery

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel.
Delivery timeframe is just an estimation and may take longer especially during peak season / outskirt area.

All our items are in ready stocks. Orders paid by 1.00pm on a working day will be shipped on the same day (on best effort basis). Otherwise, it'll be shipped the next working day.
Unless stated otherwise, some might take longer to ship out (eg. backorder, personalized jewelry etc.).
During peak season, it may take longer to dispatch. Please refer to our social media for more announcement.

same day delivery

KEI MAG is now offering same day delivery service for Klang Valley area, as low as RM 7!

If you order before 1pm on a working day (limited to Selangor working day, Mon-Fri), you can receive on the SAME day (we aim to reach you by 2-6pm).
If you order after 1pm or on a Sat/Sun/Public holiday, we'll arrange delivery on the NEXT working day.

- Same day delivery orders are fulfilled by a personal runner (Lalamove / Grab).
- If the runner arrive but delivery fail due to no one to receive, it will be re-delivered on the next day (extra charge may apply).
- Please make sure the phone number provided is reachable to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Request to change delivery address will be fulfilled on best effort basis, and extra charge may apply.
- Delivery might delay due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather, accidents etc.
